Even though I had previously given a 4 when it comes to review, I'd like to add another +1 for the customer service. I find it extremely useful and humble that I was able to receive a call from the company itself explaining everything about the packaging and the product + taking accountability. I'm all here for improvement and I appreciate the sincerity and, of course, the products.
