How to use

Spray the mist on face and wait for 1 minute to let it dry a little than message with Face roller or Guasha.

NECK:
With the large end of Roller, start at the base of the neck, rolling upward toward the chin.

CHEEKS AND JAW LINE:
With the large end of the roller, start at the chin, rolling up and out toward the cheeks.

EYES:
With the small end of the Roller, start at the inner corner of the both lid and under-eyes, rolling outward.

FOREHEAD
With the large end of the roller, start at the middle of your forehead. Roll first to the left, then to the right

Massage for 5-10 minutes


Guasha;
Use the Guasha in the same manner as roller. Remember Guasha requires more technique and aids more lymphatic drainage
